After inputting my ID and password a window pops up stating that my login details are incorrect. After 3 tries the platform will freeze permanently for security measures. In which case you will have to contact our desk and indentifiy yourself in order to have your password renewed, or your platform unfrozen, at +41 22 596 46 00 Check if you have entered your login and password correctly.
After inputting my ID and password a window pops up displaying "connection in progress" - and nothing happens after. In most cases this occurs when a software on your computer is prohibiting the platform to access our servers over your internet connection. Either log out of your windows session and log in as administrator, or launch SquaredTrader in admin mode. If doing this does not help please contact our desk at +41 22 596 46 00
The platform is freezing / locking up my computer. During intense market activity your computer's central processing unit may be overloaded, providing that your computer does not meet the minimum requirements to run SquaredTrader, or your internet connection is particularly slow. We have implemented solutions to reduce the stream of ticks your computer has to process per second, please contact our desk at +41 22 596 46 00 in order to have a filter installed. Please also note that minimum specifications to run SquaredTrader are: P4 3.2 Ghz, 15 gigabytes of free hard disk space, Windows XP, ADSL 512k connection.
